Meet Founder,
Laura Beristain
Biography
Laura Beristain founded Le Beris Wellness Collective back in 2021, evolving from a real estate management company into what is now a community-centered platform dedicated to healing, regulating nervous systems through conscious movement, and culturally immersive wellness experiences for women and families.
With nearly two decades of corporate leadership experience for IT Tech Giant, SAP, Laura built a distinguished IT career leading Customer Engagement, Marketing and Operations teams, driving revenue strategy, and collaborating across global teams where performance excellence and operational precision were paramount. Her foundation in strategic execution is supported by a bachelor’s degree in business management, equipping her with a strong analytical and organizational framework that continues to inform her entrepreneurial work.
While sustaining a high-performing corporate trajectory, Laura balanced life as a wife, amateur cyclist, and mother of two daughters—raising competitive athletes while creating and cultivating a local Cycling community for women.
In early 2024, personal health challenges caused by burn out compounded by family illness prompted a profound reassessment of success, alignment, and purpose. She took the hard decision to leave behind the Corporate "stability" for the unknown. This pivotal period catalyzed the evolution of Le Beris Wellness Collective—a venture that had started as an additional revenue stream in real estate, shifted its focus 180 degrees, it evolved not from a career transition alone, but from her own personal growth transformation.
Today, Laura integrates her corporate acumen with formal training in wellness modalities. After leaving her "8 to 8" job, she has studied various holistic practices and got certified in Access Bars® practice and Clinical Hypnotherapy, facilitating experiences designed to support emotional regulation, subconscious re-patterning, and embodied resilience.
Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, she engages diverse communities with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity. She has dedicated the two years in pro-bono service as Business Development & Alliances director for the nonprofit Growing for Inclusion, advancing initiatives that promote accessibility, community engagement, and inclusive opportunities for families.
Through her cycling community, trauma-release certifications, breathwork practices, and retreats that blend inner work with cultural immersion, Laura curates structured yet nurturing environments where women can reconnect with clarity, presence, and purpose.
Her mission is to help women, and specially Mid-life women return to alignment—recognizing that when a woman reconnects with her inner wisdom, the positive impact extends far beyond herself, influencing her family, her community, and the broader ecosystem she inhabits.
