Laura is first generation Mexican American, passionate about creating spaces where women can reconnect through healing experiences, movement, nervous system regulations, and meaningful community and heart-felt interactions. From leading the Miami Cycling Girls Community to facilitating mother-child workshops and immersive retreats, her purpose is to help others build resilience, deepen connection, and live with true intention.
